Front Office Support 

The AU Front Office takes care of your administrative and project-related questions and issues related to Interactive HPC. AU Front Office will help you with access to HPC facilities. Front Office will also provide you with guidance on how to get resources on a facility and how HPC can be used in your research and teaching.  You can apply for resources using the "Apply for Resources" button in your personal workspace dashboard in UCloud.

Tier 1 applications can be supported via Front Office Support (CHC Front Office), while you should direct support request for Tier 2 applications to AU Front Office.

Back Office Support 

AU Back Office takes care of your technical issues related to Interactive HPC. CHC and Arts IT are handling back-office support for AU. Back Office is the technical staff of Interactive HPC. It takes care of tasks such as moving large amounts of your data, processing GDPR and sensitive data, and handling technical issues related to facilities, software, hardware and more. Back Office cannot help you with issues such as optimization problems with code, or if you have run out of computation time.  Advanced services are available through own funding and CHC (free consultation) if you require support beyond the scope of Back Office assistance.

Open Office Hours

Open-door sessions are for all UCloud users where they can bring any request, challenge, or idea and get direct support. Open office hours are on Thursdays, between 11:00 and 12:00. These sessions are held in Office 1483-420.
