AU Back Office takes care of technical issues related to Interactive HPC. Back Office is the technical staff of Interactive HPC. Back Office takes care of e.g., of moving large amounts of data, processing GDPR and sensitive data, technical issues with facilities, software, hardware and more. Back Office cannot help you with issues such as optimization problems with code, or if you have run out of computation time.
