The AU Front Office takes care of your administrative and project-related questions and issues related to Interactive HPC. AU Front Office will help you with access to HPC facilities. Front Office will also provide you with guidance on how to get resources on a facility and how HPC can be used in your research and teaching.
AU Back Office is the technical staff of Interactive HPC which supports UCloud infrastructure. Back Office can help you with issues and errors with the UCloud platform, however it does not provide direct support on how to use UCloud apps.

AU Back Office support is handled by Center for Humanities Computing.
Open-door sessions are for all UCloud users where they can bring any request, challenge, or idea and get direct support. Open office hours are on Thursdays, between 11:00 and 12:00. These sessions are held in Office 1483-420.
