DeiC Front Office at AU takes care of administrative and project-related questions and issues related to Interactive HPC. DeiC Front Office will also help you with access to other HPC facilities.
DeiC Front Office at AU is handled by The Research Data Office.
Back Office for Interactive HPC supports the UCloud infrastructure. The Back Office can help you with issues and errors related to the UCloud platform, however it does not provide direct support on how to use specific UCloud apps.
AU Back Office support is handled by Center for Humanities Computing.
Open-door sessions are for all UCloud users where they can get direct in-person support. Open office hours in office 1483-420 are on Thursdays, between 11:00 and 12:00. Please note that booking is required for these sessions by submitting a ticket to Back Office.
