The full catalogue of applications available on Interactive HPC includes a range of interactive tools for data engineering, big data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence as well as traditional batch job applications and software developement. 

All apps can, within a given instantiation, be customized using the terminal to e.g. install extensions or additional software packages to accompany the app. The user can also create their own setup from scratch using one of the terminal- or GUI based Linux operating system applications.
